🧺 DELIVERY TIMES

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 15 business days, depending on the item, your location, and the current state of your local postal system.

As we offer free worldwide shipping, orders are sent using our standard shipping service. International shipping can sometimes take a little longer than expected, but don’t worry! Every order comes with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its journey to you. જ⁀➴

📦 MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If you order more than one item, your goodies may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment locations.

No need to worry if everything doesn't arrive at once! Your complete order will still make its way to you, and each parcel will have its own tracking information available on your order page.

💌 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Fawnly cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen afterward.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can't find it, we recommend checking around your property, asking household members or neighbors, and contacting your local postal service or carrier for assistance.

If a package appears to be lost before being marked as delivered, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you look into it. ♡
